NASHVILLE SINGER-SONGWRITER DAVID WILLS EARNS FIVE 2025 ISSA AWARD NOMINATIONS

ROYSTON, GA – March 4, 2025 – Acclaimed singer-songwriter David Wills has been honored with five nominations for the prestigious International Singer-Songwriters Association (ISSA) Awards for 2025. The awards ceremony, set for this August 23rd in Atlanta, Georgia, will recognize outstanding independent musicians and songwriters from around the world.

Wills, known for his heartfelt storytelling and signature country sound, continues to make waves in the industry, following a similarly impressive feat in 2024 when he also secured five ISSA nominations. His latest recognition solidifies his status as a standout artist within the singer-songwriter community.

In addition to his nominations, Wills recently released his first music video, "When A Plan Comes Together," a touching tribute to love that features real-life couple. "MOVE OVER MEMPHIS" – This song takes a creative look at the idea of musical and regional identity. By challenging Memphis’ reputation as the home of the blues and shifting the focus to Tulsa, the lyrics reframe a well-known cultural idea.

"HONOR BOUND" – This song follows a long country music tradition of honoring military service and sacrifice. It tells the story of a family marked by war, highlighting both a father’s service and a son’s sacrifice.
